Shipments and returns

Shipping:

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.

The following are average shipping transit times (not including 2-3 business day production times) for US Postal Service:

USPS Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days

Please check for accuracy when entering your shipping address – don’t forget any apartment or suite numbers. Any order returned to us due to non-delivery may require a reshipping fee of equal or less than the original shipping cost of the order. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you promptly and arrange for your order to be reshipped.

Returns:

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns of items that are been unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns of items that have been used or washed. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit minus the original shipping amount. If the item was advertised as Free Shipping, then we will charge the amount of shipping as determined by the USPS shipping calculator on a case by case basis. All returns must be packed with all contents which came with the original package. Because every one of our shirts are made-to-order, we are no longer able to issue cash or credit card refunds.

No returns on personalized & customized items as they are unique & one of a kind items.  If there was an error on our part in processing the personalization of your order, please contact us & we can send you a replacement item.
